Poudarjata jo rustika in kamnit portal.

The medieval settlement Gradišče in the southeastern part of the old town centre, designed as a market town in the shape of a trapezium, is the oldest part of Slovenska Bistrica. It obtained market rights in 1227, town privileges at the beginning of the 14th century, and until 1339 when it was granted the same privileges as the other provincial princely towns, it was enclosed by town walls. On the square a Classicist house (Gradišče 3) stands out; it dates from the first half of the 19th century and is notable for its rusticated masonry and stone portal.
